Hybrid wiki-manual describing expectations for the platform elements, the detailed M&E process, metrics and KPIs common to all pilots and particular to each site. It will provide the basis for technical evaluation (and corrective measures if needed) as well as assessment of functional and user requirements. It will describe each element in the IPR catalogue D7.1 and facilitate sustainability planning.
